Information accessed on your device
With your permission, App Sweep accesses the list of launchable installed applications, Android usage-history timestamps, app icons and names, package identifiers, and best-effort storage estimates. This information is processed locally to provide cleanup suggestions.
Information stored
App Sweep stores only your Keep-list choices in private app preferences on your device. Removing App Sweep deletes those preferences.
Sharing and network access
App Sweep does not include an internet permission, analytics, advertising, user accounts, or cloud storage. App and usage information is not uploaded or shared.
App removal
App Sweep may open Android's system uninstall screen at your request. Android requires your confirmation before an application is removed.
Data retention and deletion
Usage information is read from Android when you scan and is not persisted by App Sweep. Keep-list choices remain until you unmark them, clear App Sweep's storage, or uninstall App Sweep.
Children
App Sweep is a general-audience utility and is not directed to children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above will be updated.
